  • Belapur Fort :  Belapur Fort is a fort near the township of Belapur in Navi Mumbai (New Bombay). Built in 1560-1570 by the Siddis of Janjira, after they wrested control of the area from the Portuguese. It is located at the top of a hillock, near the mouth of the Panvel Creek. In 1682, the fort was recaptured by the Portuguese, who had managed to annex the regions controlled by the Siddies, near Belapur (at that time known as Shahbaz).   • Venkateswara Balajee Temple : Taking inspiration from the world famous Balaji temple at Tirupati, artists have made an effort to build this on the lines of great Venkateshwara temple at Tirupati. The temple at Nerul is the outcome of the respect that Balaji commands in India. Balaji Temple at Nerul, stands as an exact replica of the Balaji temple at Tirupati. The construction of the temple as been done on the principles of “Shilpshastras”- an ancient architectural science of India. Based on this science the main temple is surrounded by various other small temples. Here, one can find main temple surrounded by temples like Vidya Ganapati Temple, Hanuman Jee Temple, Ramanuja Temple etc.
  • Dr. DY Patil Stadium : DY Patil Stadium, the international cricket stadium is located at DY Patil Vidyanagar Campus, Nerul, Navi Mumbai, 3.5 km from the hotel. It has been designed by Hafeez Contractor. The stadium was officially inaugurated on the 4th of March 2008. It has already started hosting matches and a few of the IPL (T-20) season matches. The stadium also has other facilities including 9 tennis hard courts, 4 indoor badminton courts and an Olympic sized swimming pool. A unique feature of the stadium is the cantilever roof which eliminates the need for any support thus providing the spectators with an unobstructed view of the match from any place within the stand.
  • Urban Haat : Urban Haat is an ever-permanent fair for Crafts, Handlooms, Food and Cultural Activities and spread over an area of the around 4.8 hectares. It is conveniently located in the Central Business District of Belapur. The craftsmen from various areas and the cultural happening provide a panoramic view of the richness and diversity of handcrafts and artifacts. Developed by the Government of India along with Maharashtra Small Scale Industrial Commission (MSSIDC), it is located around 10 mins drive from the hotel.
  • Central Park: Synthesizing the concept of Hyde park, London and the Central Park, New York, CIDCO has come up with this project, it is a beautiful blend of Landscape and Urban Design. It is virtually a beautiful link between the hills of Kharghar and the creek. It spreads over a huge area of 80 hectares in the sector 23,24,25. It accommodates diverse functions of active and passive recreations like Joggers Track, Botanical Gardens, Amphitheatre, Theme parks and a full fledged Sports Stadium.
  • Kharghar Hill Plateau : The Kharghar Hill Plateau an emerald-green, serene and picturesque expanse, sits in the heart of Navi Mumbai. Situated at an altitude of about 200 metres above sea level, the Kharghar Hill Plateau is a part of “Sahayadri” Hill rages of the Western Ghats. It is about 20-25 mins drive from the hotel.
  • 18 Hole Golf Course Project :  Another “Feather in the cap” of the ever growing list of city level facilities in Navi Mumbai now will be the Golf Course Project at Kharghar. The corporation has decided to develop a Golf Course of international standards in sector 22 of Kharghar Node. The proposed Golf Course shall spread over an area of about 103 hectares and will be located just across the Central Park in Sector 23,24 and 25 of Kharghar. The site is around 25-30 mins drive from the hotel.



  • Inorbit :Inorbit Vashi is credited with changing the face of the area, as until then there were no big brands having a presence in Vashi. Residents of neighbouring areas have voiced their wishes for an Inorbit Vashi type of mall to be built in their area as well. The mall is known as a "one stop destination" for shoppers in Navi Mumbai.
  • Raghuleela Mall: Raghuleela Mall is a 4-storeyed air-conditioned mall covering an area of approximately 375,000 sq ft (34,800 m2) on each floor with lifts, escalators and central staircase atrium to connect all the four levels. The Mall has multiplex on its 3rd Floor.
